From South Austin, down the I-35
Pho With Us started in South Austin and has been growing steadily south along I-35, bringing Vietnamese cooking to communities that were ready for it. Three locations later, the bowls are still the reason people come back.
South Austin roots
The original South Austin location drew a loyal crowd — and enough demand that expansion south to Kyle felt inevitable.
The menu
Pho is the heart — rich broth, tender short rib, shaved ribeye — but the menu stretches wide: banh mi, bao buns, vermicelli, egg rolls, seafood, and desserts.
A space designed with intention
The dining room is anchored by a sweeping dragon-and-phoenix mural flanked by cherry blossom art — a design that feels both culturally rooted and genuinely modern. Brown leather banquettes, a full bar, and clean lines round it out.
Kyle's third Vietnamese restaurant
When the Kyle location opened, Pho With Us became just the third Vietnamese restaurant in the city — a community finding its appetite, and a brand growing alongside it.
